QUESTIONS
Is there a call?
No. Your review is a recorded video and a written summary, so you can watch it in your own time. If you’d like to talk about next steps afterwards, just email me.
What platforms do you review?
Any. Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Shopify or something else entirely. The Reflection looks at what your website says and how it works for visitors, not the platform behind it.
Will I be pressured into a new website?
Not at all. Many of the changes are things you can make yourself. If you’d like my help, the full £125 comes off The Match or The Shopfront if you book within 14 days.
How quickly will I receive it?
Within 5 working days of receiving your answers to the five questions.
Can I ask questions afterwards?
Yes. Email me any questions about your review for 7 days after you receive it.
